You need to review the underlying CC and Rs to determine if that issue is addressed or permitted by the member owners if not then it could be done as long as the CC and Rs as adopted with regard to the second sub-association are not in conflict with the provisions of the underlying CC and Rs.

Seeking the wisdom of the listserve.

Do we need approval from the larger HOA to create a subassociation of a smaller group of homes within the larger association?  RCW 64.90.305 doesn’t seem to require it.
