[WSBARP] Hybrid RP/Family Law issue

Good evening list mates,

PC is getting divorced in another state (attorney there hasn't filed yet) and has earnest money on a house here. Spouse won't sign the paperwork to buy the house in WA. I'm not a transactional real estate attorney so I'm not super familiar with the work arounds, if any, for something like this. Any ideas? Anyone interested?
