[WSBARP] [WSBAPT] Landlord/Tenant Question

Not if it's agreed between the parties and is formalized by a signed lease
addendum and the dogs are pets (vs. ESAs). This is, of course, assuming
that the lease doesn't just say the Tenant can have as many pets as they
want without needing permission.
