[WSBARP] Ejectment or Squatter

Listmates:

 

Client allowed a friend to reside in a home he owned.  No rent ever charged.
Home burned to the ground; its gone.  Not sure what caused the fire,
however, the home will not be rebuilt.  Friend won't leave and put up a
tent.  Of course, no running water or toilet.  The police will do nothing.
Ejectment or some other remedy?
