Approached by a new potential client which runs a large RV park which
provides RV hookup only for electricity. No water or sewer. Daily and
extended stay basis rental agreement.

I believe they can issue a seven day notice with the special language.
59.18.620(7).

Any thoughts or traps for the unwary. Is it that simple? What am I missing?

Any thoughts on how RTC is handling these cases statewide and in Spokane.

Thanks.
