[WSBARP] Treasurer's office needs phone numbers to record adeed REET

This is the second time they stepped in.  First they said we could not use Short Plats or BLA in an abbreviated legal description.  Now they  demand phone numbers.  Do they have legislative authority to dictate the contents of deeds?
