[WSBARP] Nick name on deed - how to get Recorder/State REET to accept transfer to RLT ?

Escrow is blamed for putting "Larry" on Deed when purchased instead of "Lorenso" which is legal name. how to get Recorder/State REET to accept its the same person and not reject QCD to RLT with no tax? Thanks
