[WSBARP] Transfer of BIA-leased land during probate

Hello,

What extra steps need to be taken for BIA-leased land (50-year ground lease
wo 2047) that is going through probate? Land was left in decedent mom's
name and dad (also long-deceased) is also still on the title. Land is going
to the 2 kids, one of which is buying out the other.

What extra steps need to be taken through the DOI to properly transfer
title and in what order? Thanks!
