Hi.  My brothers girlfriend has a dispute in Snohomish County.  She had some work done on her house and wants an itemized list of expenses but the invoice only has the total cost.  They are refusing to give her a list of what she is paying for specifically and have now had a lawyer send her a letter saying she is in breach of contract and threatening to put a lien on her house.  Is this something you can help with or know who can?
