I could probably do that well, Craig.  Sounds like he is thinking CIR or 'equity relationship'.  Maybe some other 'equity argument' by virtue of contributions.  I can talk to her.

Any recommendations of someone that can advise a client on the rights of her dead beat boyfriend to the house she owns but he also lives in?  She wants him gone and he says "I got rights!"  Not tenant rights at this point but some sort of ownership rights. I presume this is fact specific so would need to put the client in touch directly.   Thanks, Craig
