[WSBARP] GC for remedial permitting work

[Craig Blackmon]

Does anyone know of a GC with experience in getting permits for work
previously done without them? Given the nature of our housing market, I am
assuming there are such GCs out there, and I now have a client in need of
one.

Thanks for any names, etc. you can provide.
