[WSBARP] Transfer on Death re: Mobile Home

Yes.  That would work and so would a simple Will.  But the cost of those is
a lot higher than if there were some simple equivalent to a TODD for a
mobile home.

I am going to talk to the Park to see what will satisfy them.  Usually a
good way to approach things.
