Subject: Re: [WSBAPT] Seeking Referral--Small Contractor Looking For Help Getting Paid

Hi, folks.

I have a potential new client, whose legal need is outside my area. He did some light contracting work (fixing a chimney, installing some insulation). They had a falling out, after the customer initially being satisfied. His customer owes him 7,600.

PNC has some kind of license, I don’t know the details. Seems generally stable and honest.

It’s not big money, but he feels strongly about it. I advised him to have a consult with an attorney who specializes in these kind of contractor disputes, and maybe to help him set up his business to avoid future problems. Looking for some names to give him as referrals.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

Dave Culbertson
