Double check the definitions section but I think you need two or more RV’s to come under RCW 59.20.  Also, make sure you make her tenancy dependent on her employment.  I doubt have the exceptions section off the top of my head but
that may kick her out of the protections under RCW 59.18.

Subject: [WSBARP] Single RV Rental Space

Client has agricultural land and wants to rent a single RV space to the woman who takes care of the horses.  The lease does not seem to fall under the RLTA because it is not for a "dwelling unit."  Seems like maybe it falls under Chapter 59.20 - Mobile Homes?  Anyone run into this before and know the answers off the top of their head.  Advice would be appreciated.  A sample lease would be triple-appreciated.
