[WSBARP] Fine print regarding moratorium on eviction

Colleagues,

Seeking clarification and perhaps direction to ‘the current final answer.’

With the new extension of moratorium of eviction by Mayor Durkan,  do the two exceptions still remain?-specifically,

[In the City of Seattle]  can owner/landlord legally give 90 date notice to tenant of termination of tenancy, with affidavit stating reason is for sale or owner/and allowed family occupancy?


If this 90 days is completed before the end of the newest extension of moratorium, can owner/landlord  evict, OR

is there requirement for another 90 day notice to terminate tenancy with affidavit stating reason is for sale or owner/and allowed family occupancy, only to take effect AFTER we reach the newest extended date, and presuming there is not another extension.
