[WSBARP] Riparian Rights

Listmates:

I have clients with a lot in an HOA that has some poorly spelled out riparian rights connected to the lot and need to clarify maintenance responsibilities in that area, etc.  Can someone refer me to an attorney experience in dealing with riparian rights who I can speak with?
