[WSBARP] Landlord Attorney needed for Pierce Co.

I’ve done two that were covered by the exceptions in RCW 59.18.650, but not the “run of the mill failure to pay rent” ones.  It doesn’t look like it would be a tremendous stretch to do those, though.
