[WSBARP] Referral for Foreclosure Redemption

I would encourage this person to talk to the Northwest Justice Project.
Also, some purchasers as foreclosure are willing to engage in a sell-back
to the previous owner/family if it's negotiated quickly and they don't
incur a lot of hard money costs associated with the purchase.
