I considered that but at least https://www.247legalassist.com/ you have dedicated support staff.  You have oversight over them.  The comments to RPC 5.3 contemplate the use of support staff/services within the firm and outside of the firm as long as you make reasonable efforts to ensure that the services are provided in a manner that is compatible with the lawyer’s professional obligations.
