[WSBARP] Lenders who lend on property to be held in an LLC?

Seeking possible insider experience …

Client wishes to purchase a property, transaction also involves two adult offspring as purchasers,  and put the property  into an LLC. The purchase will have a mortgage.

Perhaps you had a client with similar facts, and found a lender to assist? All purchasers will be on the loan and all will be members of the LLC.  The property  [part of it], will be a rental.

B of A, Chase and US Bank do not have a product for such.
