[WSBARP] [WSBAPT] Referral Sought: Private Residential Real Estate Appraiser for Estate Tax Return?

Thank you Diane. Good to hear that DOR is widening the scope of what they
will qualify as a valid determination of fair market value given how hard
it is to get private appraisals conducted currently. Thankfully we managed
to get a private appraiser on the line for our current needs, but if I run
into this in the future again I'll touch base with the accountant engaged
by the estate and confirm that these alternatives might work. Thank you!
