[WSBARP] Colorado Attorney Referral Needed

I have a client who is trying to sell about 10 acres of vacant land in Custer County, Colorado.  He says the closest kind of bigger city is Pueblo, Colorado.  But Colorado Springs is also sort of close.  Anyone have a name I can give to my guy?  Thanks.
