I have seen a few news articles stating that Inslee signed it on Monday.  No official update though.

Subject: [WSBARP] HB 1236 signed?

Does anyone know if HB 1236 has been signed and is now law? The bill information page on the legislature's website indicates it hasn't. However, it was delivered to him on 4/22, so the 20-day period to sign has passed, resulting in it automatically becoming law, correct?
