[WSBARP] Experience with Claims against Residential Brokers?

Hi all,

 

I would love to hear from anyone who has experience making claims against large residential brokerage shops like Windermere.  My client was the buyer in a transaction with several parcels and complex easements, where his broker gave him advice about the condition of title.  The quality of advice was inadequate, would pretty clearly fall shy of the applicable standard for legal malpractice applicable to a broker giving legal advice, and the outcome was not as expected.  

 

The brokerage here is actually Windermere in the Puget Sound region, so specific info about Windermere and their counsel and insurer(s) would be great if you have it.
