Listmates,

In reading the amendment to RCW 59.18, is there an actual section to site,
in giving the 90 day notice to vacate because the Landlord/Owner intends to
occupy the property? All I have is the bill where it says "New Section.
Sec.2" Or, is there any need to refer to the law as long as the tenant is
given the right amount of notice to move out?
