[WSBARP] Referral

I have a nonprofit client that is the victim of a cyber fraud.  Outside criminal mirrored a pc, and convinced bank to add criminal as a signatory on an account.  Bank failed to follow its security policies and practices.  “Not in my wheelhouse” does not do the phrase justice, I just learned this weekend that a router and a modem have different functions.  Can anybody provide me with a referral?
