[WSBARP] Off topic referral

Listmates,  I have a PC that wants to start an " Investment Club" for dealing in Crypto Currency.  They need entity formation ( or not) and some sort of agreement between the members.  I am seeing securities issues, tax issues etc.  WAY outside this old guy's wheelhouse.   Any takers?  Referrals?
