[WSBARP] Recording TOD Deed post mortem?

No, it must be recorded prior to death of grantor.  I had this happen when (pre-simplifile) we mailed deed to Stevens County, they returned it stating it needed a REETA.  Called established it did not, remailed it on a Friday, Grantor died on Sunday, document was recorded on Monday – to no effect.  Had to probate the estate.
