[WSBARP] RPPT Spring Real Property CLE - April 2, 2021

Hello Fellow Listservs,

 

Just a quick reminder that the Spring Real Property CLE is offered on April
2, 2021.  Attached please find a flyer and below is more information and the
CLE agenda.

 

This year's Spring Real Estate CLE will focus on current issues and trends
in Washington real estate law, including continued impacts of the COVID-19
pandemic. The CLE will begin with a timely presentation addressing
considerations for real estate owners related to receivership, bankruptcy
and foreclosure. We will discuss recent changes to NWMLS form contracts. The
CLE will also cover SB 6028 and the latest on electronic signature law and
remote notaries. Next, we will address eviction moratoriums, housing
shortages and the future of the rental market. We will discuss, in detail,
recent changes in the law concerning mobile home and manufactured housing.
Finally, we will have a legal ethics credit session on how to begin
advancing equity and inclusion in your practice.
