[WSBARP] Leftovers - and not the good kind....

Client buys a lot for development, sale closes and seller leaves a cargo container with junk behind.

Seller is not likely to still have the purchase money or any money for that matter and no motivation to move the container.

Contract is silent on the issue or removal of belongings and seller is - does the buyer have any duties to the seller?  Is this a bailment?  Can the buyer safely dispose of this hunk of junk?
