[WSBARP] Affidavit to sell property

Good morning, esteemed list! I have a client who owns a residential rental
property in King County who would like to sell that property.  There is
currently a tenant residing there and due to the Eviction Moratorium, an
affidavit is required.  Would anyone be willing to share a sample affidavit
of intent to sell the property?   Many thanks!
