Happy Friday -

I have a client who owns some property in Stevens County he's trying to
sell. However, there's a cloud on the title. His niece recorded a purchase
and sale agreement which has a handful of issues. She's being stubborn and
won't settle. I think she will change her tune once litigation starts.

I don't have an desire to litigate in Stevens County. Anyone have any
referrals for attorneys who know how to litigate these types of issues over
there? All referrals are welcome!!
