[WSBARP] Commercial eviction- city of Seattle

Anyone had any luck on an unlawful detainer (in the City of Seattle) for a business that doesn't meet the definition of a small business under the Mayor's Proclamation and isn't interested in a payment arrangement?   If so, would be interested in reaching out.   I have processed several residential ones that fall under the exemptions to the various moratoria, but haven't had any commercial UD's come up yet.
