RCW 23B.14.050 states:
(2) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, dissolution of a corporation does not:
(e) Prevent commencement of a proceeding by or against the corporation in its corporate name;

I have never researched "Except as otherwise provided in this chapter.."

Subject: [WSBARP] Dissolved corp assets

Listmates, A corp listed as beneficiary on DOT. Was dissolved in 2004. We think the debt was satisfied by a deed in lieu on a different property in 2003. We now want to quiet title. Do we need to serve the old corporate shareholders as presumed holders of the DOT by distribution? I appreciate your thoughts.
