Greetings, All:

I write about a topic unrelated to anything legal. Please feel free to respond to me directly, unless you feel there is information which benefits the group.

I use Office 365. My email is only published on the WSBA bar page; and I am careful about using my work email for personal purposes.

I estimate I receive at least two to three emails a day from: i.) fake title companies; ii.) fake 365 support companies; and even iii.) fake emails from other attorneys. The goal is always the same: to get me to click on some link or attachment (where, presumably, I'll download some virus or malware).

Some of these emails wind up in the junk folder, others come to my inbox.

Are other folks experiencing the same fishing attacks? Thinking about removing my email from the bar page (assuming that's where hackers are pulling the information).

Sincerely,
Charles
