[WSBARP] HB 1236 - 90 Day Notice to Occupy For Benefit of Grandson?

Thoughts on issuance of a 90 day notice to occupy for benefit of the
grandson of the new owner?  HB’s definition of “Immediate family”
apparently doesn’t cover grandchildren.



Property was just transferred from an Estate and the deceased’s girlfriend
refuses to vacate.



*(36) "Immediate family" includes state registered domestic* *partner,
spouse, parents, grandparents, children, including foster* *children,
siblings, and in-laws.*



Owner is not selling.
