[WSBARP] Condo of lots with Accessory Dwellings

In city of Seattle is there any restriction on condoing lots which contain permitted detached accessory dwellings in reviewing the code I could find none such as other jurisdictions which require the owner of the lot reside in one of the units. Thanks
