[WSBARP] gate on easement

Dominant owner put an unobtrusive gate on the easement only he uses for 
access.  Landowner objects even though it does not effect any usage by 
her.  It seems self evident to me that this is permissible, but the 
reported cases I find are all dealing with gates that servient 
landowners install.  Anyone know of a good cite?
