[WSBARP] Admissibility of Fannie Mae appraisal form

Folks,

An experienced appraiser just told me that the Fannie Mae appraisal form, which is used for mortgage lending purposes, is not admissible in court, as opposed to the Gpar (the general purpose form), which is.  I am unaware of any such rule.  Anyone know anything about this?
