There has been a lot of discussion of whether the six year statute of limitations runs on association dues.  I lost a case where I argued that the Statute of Limitations does run on Association dues, the trial court said dues were a continuing lien.  I feel somewhat vindicated now that a Division 2 Court of Appeals Case did hold that the six hear SOL does limit recovery of dues to six years.  See Kional Park Estates v. Dehls Case 54477-6 - II.
