[WSBARP] Wells Fargo nightmare

Listmates,  I have a potential client seeking help on a nightmare home loan from Wells Fargo.  It appears they have her accounting totally messed up, impound accounts wrong, and the story goes on. The new servicer tells her not to pay as she is on a COVID extension then puts her into preforeclosure.   I have delt with Wells before, even filing suit, and find them absolutely impossible. Even their attorney has no authority.  Anyone out there interested in assisting this client or have any suggestions?  Thanks, Craig
