I have a client signing a deed and Excise tax affidavit using a Florida RON notary. The venue clause for the notary is "State of Florida County of Miami-Dade" (location of notary).
Clients are physically in Washington. For place of signing for excise tax affidavit do we write in the location based upon the venue clause on the deed or where the parties are physically present in WA?

Nestor Gorfinkel, Attorney at Law
Licensed in Florida & Washington State
Florida Civil-Law (International) Notary
