WSDOT has a form temporary construction easement, although there is not much to it because it allows the agency to negotiate the terms and conditions that are particular to the project and the site.

Subject: [WSBARP] Overexcavation agreement

Anyone have experience with using overexcavation agreements to allow a property owner to utilize part of a neighbor's property for building a driveway?

I'd be grateful for a moment of your time.
