Elderly low income veteran has asked my help in trying to reinstate her VA loan.

VA told her to talk to lender.

Client advised that lender (Mr. Cooper) had sent a notice that they had accelerated the debt and she had to pay it all in full. So she quit paying for about 5 months.

I am willing to help client on a pro-bono basis. I believe there was some training available to help pro bono clients in this situation mentioned in our list-serve.

any suggestions?
