Yes and it is something that fairly often comes up in environmental reviews/testing. If you contact an environmental firm, I am sure you can get assistance. I am not familiar with anyone up that way. I have a client dealing with strong paint smells coming from their neighbor who paints cars on his own property. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a reliable way to measure odors or paint chemicals in the air that would hold up in court?
