[WSBARP] RE Attorney Licensed in both WA & OR

Listmates,

I spoke with PCs today (all Washington residents) who own real property in Oregon and want to enter into a joint venture agreement to rent the property as a vacation rental.  They have questions about whether they should form an LLP or LLC (versus dealing as individuals) and tax implications of the same.  I think they might be better served by an attorney who is licensed in both WA and OR, especially someone who is able to counsel them on any tax implications.
