Happy New Year!

A spanish-speaking PC needs an attorney (spanish speaking) to help resolve
a property dispute. Property is located in Seattle. Residential.

PC is on title to the property with her sister and her sister's husband.
PC's sister and sister's husband are demanding she turn over full title to
them. PC has been solely responsible for paying the mortgage and is the
only named person on the mortgage. PC does not live at the property but
PC's sister and sister's husband does. It sounds like a case full of family
drama but seems pretty straight forward from a legal standpoint (at least
based on the basic information I've been provided).

I need to refer her to a spanish speaking attorney who practices this area.
Self-referrals are welcome.
