My only duty during the day long dep was not to blow the attorney client privilege. At the end of the day one attorney, David T. McDonald, had been quiet in the corner all day. As we were wrapping up he asked one question I will never forget: “Mr. Sullivan, did you discuss any of this with your wife?”

I answered truthfully, “You mean my wife the King County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney? No sir, we never talk shop.” 😆

Indeed Roger I was. But I had a baptism by fire when the very first asset sale I was assigned to blew up right after closing. I was deposed for a full day and the whole nine yards. Singed my ears but I survived. 😎
