[WSBARP] referral to judgment buyer?

Client is creditor on a couple judgments entered in Snohomish County and is interested in selling them. Judgment debtors live in Snohomish County, but are likely to be tricky to garnish or collect from. Does anyone know of a debt collector who might be interested in purchasing the judgments?
