[WSBARP] referral - Seller of contaminated real property

PC is selling real property that is contaminated and is undergoing cleanup with an agreement in place with DOE. I don't know location of the land but PC is in the Seattle metro area.

Any recommendation on a lawyer who can help the PC sell the property and draft/amend the PSA?
